- You must be at least 21 years old / prefer 23 years
- Have at least 1 year recent and verifiable OTR experience
- Have current Class A CDL
- No DWI’s, DUI’s, C&I’s, reckless driving, or plea bargain major violations
- No more than 4 moving violations within last 3 years
- No Revocations or Point Suspensions within the last 7 years
- Pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen
- Have good driving references from former employers
