Creech Horse Transportation, Inc., formerly known as Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc., was started in 1965 by Charles L. Creech.

Charles Creech purchased his first 9-horse van in 1965 from Clark Prather after being approached by fellow saddlebred horse trainers and exhibitors. The trainers approached Charles about buying a large trailer to haul their entire stable to shows. Charles enjoyed hauling horses himself and he took his next step by purchasing his second van from Anheuser-Busch. The van was previously used to haul the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Charles was later approached by a local trainer at Fairmount Park Race Track. He was interested in having the horses he trained hauled to different race tracks. This is how Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. got involved in hauling thoroughbred horses. Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. starts growing from there.

In 1978 Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. bought Dunmeier Bros. in Plain City, Ohio. Dunmeier was an Ohio based horse carrier at the time and had the necessary authority Creech needed to transport in the eastern United States.

In January 2005, Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. changed its name to Creech Horse Transportation, Inc.. This name change came about because some people thought Creech Bros. Horse Vans, Inc. built horse vans instead of hauling horses. The name change turned out to be a very positive move.

In March of 2005 Creech Horse Transportation, Inc. bought Hudson Horse Transportation, Inc. in Ocala, Florida. This merger enabled Creech Horse Transportation, Inc. to serve all of Florida, up and down the east coast as far north as northern New York as well as Kentucky and all states in between along the I-75 corridor; also the greater Midwest to Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.

Creech Horse Transportation, Inc. is a third generation business and has been a member of the National Horse Carriers Association since 1974. Creech Horse Transportation, Inc. is here to accommodate all transportation needs and satisfy all customers. The company is 100% service oriented and pledges good lines of communication with all customers. Driver’s are experienced horsemen that have experience driving over the road to help insure a safe trip for all horses. Creech Horse Transportation, Inc. has many repeat customers across America, many of which have done business with them for over 25 years.
